Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 1 to join our hospitality team in a fast-paced country club environment. You will set up your workstation, perform basic food preparation, and assist Cook 2 and Cook 3 to ensure consistent quality and presentation.

Emphasis is on learning, correct food handling, and maintaining sanitation throughout the kitchen. You will work under the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef, participate in daily briefings, and respond to member and guest requests with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• 3+ years of experience in a kitchen environment preferred; food handler certification as required by state/city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute daily prep tasks for your station.
• Prepare and store all food items required for your station.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your work area and kitchen.
• Communicate with Chef regarding product needs or issues with food quality.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and accommodate requests.
• Support team and participate in delivering consistent food quality and presentation.
