Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Cook 1 to join its hospitality team. You will set up, prep, and organize your station, focusing on basic cooking tasks under guidance from more experienced cooks, while maintaining cleanliness and proper food storage.

You will work with Cook 2 and Cook 3, support kitchen operations, adhere to quality standards, interact professionally with members and guests, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines to contribute to consistent food quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set‑up, execute daily prep tasks, and organize your workstation efficiently.
• Prepare and store all food items required for your station, adhering to Invited’s standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and consistent preparation and presentation of daily specials, salads, entrees, and other menu items as designated by Chef(s).
• Receive and store goods purchased by kitchen as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your work area and the kitchen, including equipment, counters, tools, waste areas, etc.
