Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 1 to join our hospitality team in Texas. You will set up and prep your workstation, prepare and store station items, and maintain sanitation while collaborating with Cook 2 and 3 to support kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state/city regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute daily prep tasks, and organize workstation efficiently.
• Prepare and store all food items for station per standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of daily specials and menu items.
• Receive and store goods for kitchen.
• Manage condiments, dressings, soups, and related items.
• Keep kitchen and work area clean and sanitary; maintain equipment.
• Communicate with Chef regarding product needs or issues with food quality or presentation.
• Interact professionally with members and guests; accommodate changes and requests.
• Support team and contribute to a positive work environment; assist members and guests with service.
• Address and resolve member/guest complaints; assist with service recovery.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
