Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Tampa is hiring an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to own the full desk sales cycle, placing top cloud technology talent with high-value clients. This 360-degree role is client-facing, not HR, with full-cycle responsibility from first contact through placement.

You'll prospect, build relationships, negotiate terms, and manage candidates from sourcing to salary negotiation, with uncapped commission and a structured onboarding program to develop your skills and career

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience preferred; cold-calling a strong plus.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Resilience, drive, and a genuine hunger to keep improving.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships through calls, email, LinkedIn, and outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base and revenue.
• Lead client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor search.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle—from sourcing to closing.
