Overview

Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant / Account Executive position in Tampa, FL. This is a full desk (360), Account Executive-style role focusing on the placement of Cloud Technology professionals within a friendly, motivated team at Tenth Revolution Group (formerly Frank Recruitment Group).

What you will be responsible for

• Sell staffing services to high-value clients, focusing on permanent or contract/interim recruitment solutions.
• Generate leads, establish new client relationships to increase job flow, and maintain existing client relationships.
• Manage the full-cycle candidate recruitment process to meet client needs.
• Engage in a client-facing, sales-driven role with a customer-centric approach.

How you will do this

• Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from discovery to closure.
• Proactively develop new business relationships with clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop strategies to grow your client base and implement sales plans to target prospective clients and generate revenue.
• Lead in-depth client meetings to understand needs, tailor your approach, and search accordingly.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Oversee full candidate recruitment process: sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, arranging interviews, salary negotiation, and closing placements.

Compensation

Base plus uncapped commission; TRC $37,000 - $54,000 total first-year earnings expected with potential for higher earnings based on performance. Includes a $2,000 transportation allowance.

Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k options, Long and Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, and 15 days of PTO in year 1.
