Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of site design experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if needed.
• EIT certification encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning and grading.
• Collaborate with engineers and mentors through all design stages.
• Prepare site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs using Civil 3D.
• Interpret design manuals, zoning codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Support stormwater management reports and project submittals.
• Attend site visits and coordinate with project teams.
