Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering graduates to join our Fort Worth, Texas office in 2027. This is not a remote position. You will use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, GIS and more to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for client projects.

You will contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis across multiple projects. You will learn regulatory requirements and Kimley-Horn standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to turn

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027 in Civil/Environmental or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biosystems, Chemical, Agricultural Engineering or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, permitting, and analysis across multiple projects.
• Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize clients' visions.
• Learn regulations and standards of federal, state, and local authorities, and company practices.
• Learn software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, GIS, VISSIM, Open Roads, and Synchro.
