Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer entry-level professional to assist in preparing designs, reports, and drawings for various civil projects in the United States. You will work under senior engineers on site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design, while learning codes and contributing to field visits and project coordination.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 0-3 years of experience, with EIT preferred and PE on track preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
• 0-3 years of civil or structural engineering experience.
• EIT preferred and on track to PE.
• US work eligibility without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing civil engineering designs, reports, drawings and specifications.
• Support senior engineers in site layout, grading, drainage and utility/roadway designs.
• Learn design codes and follow established criteria.
• Participate in site visits, field investigations and construction observations.
• Perform calculations for stormwater, hydrology, and basic structural elements.
• Assist with permitting, zoning research and regulatory documentation.
• Use CAD and modeling software to produce plans and documents.
• Coordinate with architecture, structural and MEP teams to meet project objectives.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to coordination and scheduling.
