Job summary

Augusta University is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 1 to serve as principal advisor and contact for student systems and applications. You will collaborate with analysts to learn application support procedures, develop test plans, and assist with releases and upgrades.

You will conduct research of technical issues, prepare specifications for modifications, and communicate with customers, staff and vendors with professional written and verbal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in enterprise/system support.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Experience with Banner, SLATE or D2L is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user application support and resolve data issues.
• Manage change requests and track in the change system.
• Develop test plans and assist with software releases and upgrades.
• Participate in Business Process Review sessions and project tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to improve system utilization.
