Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 2 years of relevant experience required
• Work experience may substitute for education requirement
• Experience documenting business processes and system requirements is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists in identifying and analyzing business needs and gathering requirements for academic and administrative systems
• Helps translate user needs into basic system requirements
• Supports documentation of workflows, procedures, and system functionality
• Assists with feasibility analysis by helping develop process flows and models
• Supports system implementation efforts including testing and tracking issues
• Assists in preparation and maintenance of system documentation and user guides
• Provides first-level end-user support and escalates complex problems
• Assists with development and delivery of training materials for faculty, staff, and students
• Maintains training documentation and resources for system adoption
• Engages with users to gather feedback on functionality and training effectiveness
• Maintains awareness of system updates and best practices
• Participates in support processes including on-call responsibilities
• Performs other duties as assigned
