Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners to understand their needs and present customized solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and proactive support.
• Leverage provided sales tools and resources to effectively prospect for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective success.
• Identify and acquire new business customers (Customer Acquisition).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients (Customer Relationship Management).
• Deliver one-on-one presentations to prospective and existing clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services (Sales Presentations).
• Travel within assigned sales territories to meet with clients and prospects (Territory Management).
• Track sales performance and submit sales reports (Sales Reporting).
• Participate in daily training sessions and utilize provided sales tools and resources (Continuous Learning).
