Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a 3.25+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or greater is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with weekly planning of business and marketing duties with the principal to maximize billable time.
• Schedule meetings and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
• Prepare professional letters, memoranda, and PowerPoint presentations from audio dictation.
• Maintain contact lists and CRM data using Excel or CRM software.
