The role collaborates with BD, marketing, and attorneys, reporting to the Director of Business Development. The successful candidate brings a 4-year degree and up to 2 years in marketing or BD, with strong editing, communication, and MS Office skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Education: 4-year college degree required.
• Experience: 0-2 years in marketing/business development in a professional services setting.
• Strong editing and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Assist with creation and maintenance of tailored business development materials.
• Maintain potential client pipelines, perform research and reporting.
• Research visibility opportunities such as speaking engagements and awards.
• Support sponsorships: payments, logos, booths, giveaways, and logistics.
• Coordinate directory submissions including Chambers and Legal 500.
• Support relationship tracking, gifting, and target client news to drive growth.
• Update data in databases like Foundation and InterAction; run reports.
• Distribute client memos and thought leadership materials.
• Assist on special BD projects as needed.
