Job summary

Coserv is seeking a Business Analyst 1 to support business users, processes, and systems across analysis, project management, and testing. The role focuses on identifying ways to improve efficiency by analyzing and redesigning processes, gathering requirements, and documenting procedures.

You will help implement new ideas through operational changes or technology paths, participate in UAT, training, and collaboration with other teams, and ensure compliance with safety and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports the business case development and project initiation.
• Collects and analyzes data for potential business expansion.
• Identifies opportunities and recommends process improvements to boost quality and efficiency.
• Facilitates project activities and coordinates with teams for better outcomes.
