Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to enhance our capacity to support the business. You will gather requirements, document and update processes, and help prepare materials for recurring business communications.

You’ll work with senior analysts and cross-functional partners while growing your skills in core business support methods. You will assist with reporting, meeting content, and business reviews, contributing to an efficient operating model and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant business support or coordination experience.
• Foundational understanding of business operations and documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and detail orientation; collaborative mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for new processes and system updates.
• Support documentation and workflows as the business evolves.
• Analyze current processes to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for changes.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings and recurring reviews.
• Support testing and implementation of process changes.
• Maintain documentation and resources for ongoing initiatives.
