Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Jr. Business Analyst for its Membership Operations team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will support data validation, reporting, roster analysis, and data maintenance within our ERP systems to drive accurate membership data and service delivery. The ideal candidate has solid SQL skills, proficient Excel capabilities (pivot tables and vlookups), and a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize requests submitted through a membership support queue
• Maintain and update account and provider data within ERP
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, location changes, and other requests
• Perform data validation, reporting, and roster analysis to support internal stakeholders
• Assist with onboarding, vendor maintenance activities, and process improvement initiatives
