Job summary

BAC Enterprises seeks a Junior Business Analyst to support analytics, reporting, and process improvement across departments. You will gather requirements, document processes, analyze data, and help implement technology solutions and workflow automation.

This is a developmental role with growing independence under supervision. Candidates should have at least an associate degree and 1 year in analytics or BI, with strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus MS 365 experience.

Qualifications

• : Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• : One year of experience with data analytics, business analysis, BI, or process improvement.
• : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• : Experience creating reports or data visualizations using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
• : Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• : Must satisfy Florida DCF Level 2 background screening and pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies.
• Coordinate stakeholder input and project activities for positive outcomes.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to inform priorities and decisions.
• Create, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
• Document databases, data structures, and reporting solutions.
