Job summary

Brevard Achievement Center is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support business process improvement, data analytics, reporting, and technology initiatives that boost operational efficiency. You will gather requirements, document processes, and maintain dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders across departments.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, delivering insights, and supporting automation and training materials under supervision with increasing independence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• One year of experience with data analytics, business analysis, or related areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and data validation.
• Experience creating reports or data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Ability to attend occasional conferences and evening/weekend events.
• Must have a valid driver license and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Assist in coordinating stakeholder input and project activities.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify efficiency gains.
• Gather and analyze data to inform project priorities and decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, KPI tracking tools, and data visualizations.
• Assist with data structures, reporting solutions, and documentation.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of improvements and technology initiatives.
• Contribute to training materials and SOPs for continuous improvement.
