Job summary

The Brevard Achievement Center is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support process improvement, data analytics, reporting, and technology initiatives. You will gather requirements, document processes, build dashboards, and help implement solutions that improve efficiency across departments.

Under supervision, you will collaborate with stakeholders, develop data visualizations, and contribute to training materials.

Qualifications

Associate degree required; one year of analytics, business analysis, BI, process improvement, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
Experience creating reports or data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
Experience with Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Support cross-functional process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma principles.
Assist in coordinating stakeholder input and project activities.
Analyze business processes to identify efficiency opportunities and waste reduction.
Gather, organize, and analyze data to inform priorities and decisions.
Create, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, KPI tracking tools, and visualizations.
