What will you be doing?

As the Sr Analyst II, you will be responsible for driving change programs, managing client relationships, overseeing administrative processes, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. The role emphasizes standardization, efficiencies, project management, customer satisfaction, collaboration, and strategic planning to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Expand Best-in-class Content: Contribute to creating high-quality, client-focused resources for general merchandise.
  2. Promote Unify Adaptation: Guide the team in driving adoption among key clients, providing support and training on Unify's features.
  3. Innovate and Build Reports: Oversee creation and maintenance of Unify content with focus on standardization and accessibility.
  4. Promote Client-Centric Approach: Encourage the team to deepen client focus, providing regular updates on progress and benefits.
  5. Optimize Administrative Processes: Implement initiatives to reduce administrative time, enhancing client engagement and revenue focus.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record as a high performer
  • Experience in Client Management, Data Analysis, Project Management, and/or Leadership preferred
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively
  • Strong communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Unify, Tableau, or PowerBi
  • Familiarity with data management systems
