TEI Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated Billing Analyst to join our finance team in the construction sector. This entry-level role will manage invoices, cash receipts, and keep project stakeholders updated on financial status across multiple projects.

You will coordinate with Project Analysts, GL Accountants, and Area Managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing, while maintaining records and adhering to contract guidelines. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0–3 years of related work experience; construction industry preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and issue invoices to customers with high accuracy.
• Ensure cost coding adheres to contractual guidelines.
• Monitor and manage cash receipts, providing updates to Project Analysts, GL Accountant, and Area Managers.
• Perform various reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies between approved budgets and actual costs.
• Maintain an organized external purchase order log and internal invoice log.
• Administer customer records in the database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Facilitate the Accounts Receivable process by coordinating with internal and external contacts.
• Maintain effective communication with the site team and corporate office throughout projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of financial information.
