Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to answer business questions with SQL/Python/R.
• Gather reporting needs and translate requirements into reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify insights, trends, and anomalies for business areas.
• Support metrics and KPI development and validate data outputs.
• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues with team collaboration.
• Contribute to enhancements of dashboards and reporting processes.
