Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an entry-level Business Intelligence Specialist to support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will collaborate with team members and business partners to validate data, respond to ad hoc requests, and translate business needs into actionable analytics, while growing expertise in BI practices and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, BI, or related field preferred.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik tools.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions using SQL and other tools.
• Gather requirements and translate into reports, dashboards, and data visuals.
• Analyze data to identify insights, anomalies, and trends for business areas.
• Support development and maintenance of reporting metrics and KPIs.
