Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations across the organization. This entry-level position applies foundational data analysis and BI tools to turn data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with team members, validate data, and help improve access to reliable information.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, BI, or related field preferred.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI, or similar.
• Commitment to compliance programs and collaborative teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik tools, ensuring visualizations meet standards.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions using SQL, Python, and other tools.
• Assist with gathering and translating reporting needs into reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify insights, anomalies, patterns, and trends for impacted areas.
• Support development and maintenance of reporting metrics and KPIs based on business requirements.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of dashboards and data.
• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues and resolve discrepancies with team.
• Support enhancements to dashboards, reports, and reporting processes.
