Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Business Intelligence Specialist to support development and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations across the organization. The role applies foundational data analysis and BI practices to transform data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with team members and business partners, validate data and outputs, and contribute to reliable information access while building proficiency in BI tools and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R is required.
• Experience in analytics, data modelling, BI, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI, or similar is preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik tools.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions using Qlik, SQL, and other tools.
• Gather and translate reporting needs into reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Analyze data to identify insights, anomalies, patterns, and trends for business areas.
• Support development and maintenance of reporting metrics and KPIs.
• Perform data validation and testing for dashboards, reports, and underlying data.
• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Support enhancements to dashboards, reports, and processes based on needs and feedback.
• Develop knowledge of organizational data sources and data governance standards.
