Navitus Health Solutions seeks an entry-level Business Intelligence Specialist to support the development and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations across the organization.

You will collaborate with team members and partners to translate business needs into actionable reports, validate data, and help drive data-informed decision-making. This role builds proficiency in BI practices and tools while contributing to reliable information access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, or BI preferred.
• Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI, or similar.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Qlik tools, ensuring visualizations meet brand standards and user needs.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions or client requests using Qlik, SQL, and other applicable tools.
• Assist with gathering and understanding business reporting needs and translating defined requirements into reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Analyze data to identify and present insights, anomalies, patterns, and trends to impacted business areas.
• Support the development and maintenance of reporting metrics and key performance indicators based on defined business requirements.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of dashboards, reports, and underlying data.
• Assist with troubleshooting reporting and data issues and work with team members to research and resolve identified discrepancies.
• Support ongoing enhancements to existing dashboards, reports, and reporting processes based on business needs and user feedback.
• Develop knowledge of organizational data sources, business intelligence practices, and applicable data governance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
