Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a motivated Data Engineer/BI Developer to support dashboard creation, data cleanup, and reporting enhancements across multiple business areas. This hybrid Colorado Springs, CO role focuses on Tableau/SQL development and collaboration with end users to improve data visibility and decision-making.

You will work with SMEs, support ticketing in Teams, and coordinate backlog items with the BI Manager via Azure DevOps, while also assisting with data remapping and maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience building Tableau dashboards and translating business needs into visuals.
• Ability to collect requirements from end users and implement changes.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: Build and enhance Tableau dashboards for ad hoc requests and evolving needs.
• Workflow & Collaboration: Work with SMEs, track tickets, and coordinate with the BI Manager via Azure DevOps.
• Data Integration & Maintenance: Assist with remapping pipelines and cleaning data in high-demand areas.
