Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and data solutions for Piedmont Healthcare initiatives.
• Promote BI functions and maintain confidentiality of patient and company data.
• Maintain data marts for use in Tableau Server.
• Respond to ad hoc information requests and configure reports.
• Identify data governance issues and work with Sr. Developers to resolve them.
• Partner with clients to support ongoing reporting needs and deliver custom Tableau reports.
• Design, build and deliver reports, measures, and KPIs.
• Drive project architecture and processes as appropriate.
• Develop deep understanding of data structures to ensure reports meet client needs.
