Job summary

TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Tableau Platform & BI Engineer to oversee administration, dashboard development, and production support. This remote role requires strong coordination with business stakeholders, infrastructure, and data teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in BI, 3+ years managing Tableau Server, and solid SQL skills to produce reliable reporting with governance and security in mind.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional BI experience.
• Minimum 3 years administering Tableau Server in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years developing Tableau dashboards, reports, and published data sources.
• Experience gathering BI requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting production BI services and documenting root causes.

Responsibilities

• Administer Tableau Server sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Develop and maintain Tableau workbooks and data sources with best practices.
• Monitor refreshes, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data architects, and DevOps.
• Document procedures, runbooks, and governance standards.
