The Data Visualization Engineer will design and deploy Tableau dashboards, implement row-level security, and collaborate with analysts to deliver self-service analytics across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years Tableau development including row-level security.
• Strong SQL skills and Snowflake integration experience.
• Experience delivering financial/KPI reporting for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build governed Tableau dashboards and KPI reporting from Snowflake.
• Implement row-level security and access controls per governance.
• Deliver first production Tableau dashboard in Weeks 3–8 and expand self-service in Weeks 27–52.
• Partner with IT Business Analyst to align dashboards with backlog and outcomes.
• Support loan portfolio, contact-center, and agency KPI use cases described in the engagement.
