Accepted is a software and digital transformation services firm helping clients accelerate innovation. We’re seeking a BI Engineer to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams in Kentucky.
The role focuses on building dashboards, modeling data with tabular models, and developing robust ETL pipelines using SQL and Microsoft data warehousing tools. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, SSIS, Power BI, and SSRS, plus familiarity with Git and modern cloud platforms such as Azure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience with SQL, ETL and Microsoft Data Warehousing.
- Experience with SSIS, Power BI, and SSRS.
- Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure or Databricks is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Build Dashboards: Create interactive, user-friendly BI reports.
- Model Data: Develop and optimize tabular models using DAX.
- Develop ETL Pipelines: Write and maintain SQL scripts to build robust data pipelines.
- Collaborate: Work closely with team members to execute data projects and successfully complete tasks.
- Ensure Quality: Manage workspaces, enforce security protocols, and optimize report performance.
