Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a part-time ABA therapy assistant to deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in home, school, and community settings in the Sacramento area.

The role emphasizes data collection, communication skill development, and a compassionate, adaptable approach to work with diverse families. Availability Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–7:30 PM is required, with safety and eligibility to work in the U.S. paramount.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, or teaching).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area.
• Consistent availability Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; OPT welcome.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.
• TB test, physical exam, and proof of vaccination.
• Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic.
• Open to feedback and ongoing learning.
• Adaptable with diverse families and communities.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• No certification required to apply.
