Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in home and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, participate in BCBA supervision, and collaborate with the RBT/BCBA team to ensure consistent delivery of interventions.

The role requires communication skills, reliability, and willingness to undergo a background check, with supervision at least 10% of services. Travel to client homes is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of ABA therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes
• High school degree required
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to bend and squat for up to one hour per day
• Ability to perform fine and gross motor activities, bend, kneel, squash, sit at floor level or in a chair, and stand for periods of time
• Familiarity with ABA therapy, behavioral interventions, and individualized treatment plans
• Ability to follow BACB professional-boundary requirements

Responsibilities
