Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking compassionate ABA therapists to deliver one-on-one therapy in clients' homes in Woodbridge, VA. You will implement behavior intervention plans, track data, and write progress notes while collaborating with a BCBA supervisor.

This role requires experience with children, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. You will use Zoom and email to coordinate sessions and communicate with families.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children.
  • High School or Equivalent Education
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate Zoom and Email
  • Reliable transportation/car; bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation
  • Physically and actively able to participate in all aspects of ABA therapy
  • Ability to assume kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, and standing postures while working with children with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems
  • Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work
  • Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
  • Availability 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., working 4–5 hours per day within that window
  • Specific schedules assigned based on client needs
