Job summary

Jobtailor in Maryland is seeking a part-time ABA therapy assistant to provide one-on-one therapy in clients' homes. You will implement behavior intervention plans, track data, and write progress notes while collaborating with the BCBA Supervisor.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, plus flexibility to work 4–5 evenings per week between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• High School or Equivalent Education.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate Zoom and Email.
• Reliable transportation/car; bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation.
• Physically able to participate in ABA therapy.
• Ability to kneel, squat, crouch, sit, and stand as required.
• Visual acuity to check accuracy and neatness of work.
• Able to receive detailed information verbally.
• Availability 4-5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., 4-5 hours per day.

• Availability 4-5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., working 4-5 hours per day within that window
