Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a part-time ABA support professional to provide therapy in home settings and implement individualized behavior plans. You will collect data, document progress, and collaborate closely with a BCBA Supervisor to support children in developing life and social skills.

This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 20-30 hours per week on-site. A mobile device is required to perform documentation and communication tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs.

• Must be able to perform physical and repetitive activities including standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50 lbs
