Job summary

Axians is seeking an Application Support Agent Junior to join an international team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality application support, ensuring service continuity, resolving user issues, and contributing to reliability and performance of digital services.

You will work closely with users, technical teams and stakeholders to provide effective solutions and an excellent support experience, including training internal staff from EU Institutions.

Qualifications

• Higher education or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum 1 year in a support role with customer focus.
• English at least B2 level, written and spoken.
• Analytical thinker with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and user queries via ticketing system (ServiceNow).
• Identify problems, analyze, and escalate to development for root cause.
• Keep users informed on request status and progress.
• Prepare and participate in meetings with development teams and clients.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Deliver online training to internal staff from EU Institutions.
