Axonius is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to act as a primary point of contact and escalation lead, ensuring high-quality incident resolution and continuous process improvement.

You will work to troubleshoot complex product challenges, document solutions, and share knowledge to empower customer success across software and security assets. This role emphasizes meticulous troubleshooting and proactive knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical support role within software or technology sectors.
• Experience troubleshooting networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, subnets, firewall rules, proxies).
• Experience using RESTful APIs and Linux shell in an enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of assigned technical support tickets, performing routine follow-ups and documentation within the case management system.
• Author and maintain internal and external knowledge-base articles, how-to guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Analyze ticket patterns and provide objective feedback to management regarding improvements to support processes and procedures.
