- Develop, engineer, and deliver PKI authentication, secure traffic offloading, and highly available local and global traffic management solutions
- Provide traffic management, accountability, and functionality for Load Balancing and Reverse Proxy operations and infrastructures
- Design and configure secure IP address management technologies, including DNS, DHCP, and NTP services
- Analyze requirements, CONOPS, and system architectures to create infrastructure and data center designs
- Collaborate with Operations teams and Government stakeholders to refine requirements and achieve availability, reliability, resiliency, and operability objectives
- Research design characteristics and conduct Analyses of Alternatives, feasibility studies, and proofs of concept
- Incorporate capacity, performance, and service-level metrics into designs
- Produce engineering and design artifacts, test cases, training materials, and supporting documentation
- Research new technologies and capabilities and support Continual Service Improvement and innovation activities
- Use lab facilities for experimentation, technical investigation, and feasibility validation
- Develop and execute unit and system test cases and scripts
- Support transfer of engineered solutions to Operations during acceptance testing, Blue/Green fielding, and early production use
- Develop and execute IT equipment strategy, including vendor evaluation, procurement, deployment, governance, compliance, and risk management
- Deliver end-to-end engineering transition support from development to operational maintenance
Requirements
- Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly prior to start
- DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+)
- HS and 12+ years of experience, an AA and 10+ years of experience, BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, MS/MA and 6+ years of experience, or PhD and 4+ years of experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience designing, integrating, validating, and implementing IT hardware and software solutions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Local/Global Traffic Manager, Big IP, Infoblox, and related technologies
- Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies
- Familiarity with IC ITE services and classified environments
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (or higher)
