Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of professional experience accepted (internships count).
• Ability to read, understand, and debug C#/.NET code.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Working knowledge of Git and PR workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication of technical work to engineers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Gain extensive training on our business and take initiative to grow knowledge.
• Identify, understand, and solve business problems using your business knowledge.
• Build AI-generated solutions and collaborate with partners to turn requirements into prompts and acceptance criteria.
• Prompt, review, debug, and validate AI-generated code with minimal supervision.
• Prompt and iterate with AI coding tools to produce high-quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews on AI-generated and human-written PRs.
• Prompt and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Identify bugs, security issues, performance problems, or mismatches and fix or re-prompt.
• After launch, confirm solution solves the problem and iterate.
