Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of professional experience (internships and academic or personal projects count).
• Ability to quickly read, understand, and debug C#/.NET code.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Working knowledge of Git and pull-request-based workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly explain technical work to engineers and business partners.

• Prompt, review, debug, and validate AI-generated code with minimal supervision.
• Prompt and iterate with AI coding tools to produce high-quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews on AI-generated and human-written pull requests.
• Prompt and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Identify bugs, security issues, performance problems, or architectural mismatches in AI output and fix or re-prompt.
• Follow up with the business after launch to ensure problem is solved and iterate for improvement.
• Work in a team setting or independently with engineers.
