Summary

Are you obsessed with solving business problems that have a real, positive impact on our customers and company? We are an AI-first engineering shop, leveraging AI tools to solve business problems. As an entry-level Software Engineer, you will be the pilot driving AI tools for code generation, peer reviews, security scanning, quality assurance, and production support. Your primary responsibility is not to hand-write code all day, but to serve as the skilled human-in-the-cockpit ensuring AI-generated solutions are correct, secure, and performant, and solve the most impactful business problems.

• After you launch the solution, constantly circle back with the business to confirm the solution is solving the problem and rapidly iterate to improve its effectiveness.
• Work in a team setting with other engineers or tackle a problem independently.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Exposure to automated testing (unit, integration, or end-to-end).
