Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of relational databases.
• Ability to quickly read, understand, and debug Python code.
• Working knowledge of Git and pull-request-based workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly explain technical work, reasoning, and trade-offs, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI-driven data solutions by building, validating, and iterating data pipelines.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into prompts and acceptance criteria.
• Review, debug, and validate AI-generated data pipelines and code with minimal supervision.
• Prompt and iterate with AI coding tools to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews on AI-generated and human-written pull requests.
• Maintain automated tests and data quality checks across pipelines.
• Identify issues and improve solutions through re-prompting and iteration.
• Work in a team setting or independently to solve business problems.
