Qualifications

• 1+ year in accounts payable or finance roles.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong accuracy in data entry and verification.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Processing and verifying vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
• Matching invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Entering and maintaining data in the accounts payable system.
• Assisting with vendor inquiries and statement reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Helping prepare reports on outstanding payments and aging analysis.
