Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare reconciliation of bank operating and payroll accounts to the general ledger.
• Enter journal entries under supervision of Accounting Manager or leadership.
• Bill major contracts for the Agency and assist with month-end close.
• Research accounting discrepancies and communicate findings to the team.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor communications.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance with nonprofit requirements.
