Job summary

Procurify is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and month-end close. You will help maintain accurate customer records and assist cross-functional teams with billing inquiries and reconciliations.

This role emphasizes process improvements, data accuracy, and leveraging automation within a growing AI-enabled platform. Prior SaaS experience is preferred, with a strong eye for detail and organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar Finance role, preferably SaaS.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Experience with invoicing, AR, and collections is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contracts and policies.
• Perform timely follow-ups on outstanding receivables to support cash flow.
• Assist AR aging analyses, cash collection reports, and month-end close activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and automate processes.
