MedPro Systems LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant & Billing Specialist to manage the full billing cycle, ensure timely AR collection, and collaborate with Sales and customers to improve billing accuracy and cash flow. The role also handles reconciliations, deferred revenue, and financial reporting support within a hybrid, in-person required work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience with billing.
• Experience in SaaS revenue recognition and close processes.
• Strong accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices and review contracts.
• Analyze aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and monitor revenue."
• Prepare ad hoc financial trackers and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist budgeting and accounts payable.
• Support finance department efficiency improvements.
