Job summary

Blossom is seeking a Staff Accountant - Revenue & Billing to support billing, accounts receivable, and month-end close in a fast-paced environment. You will manage invoicing across product lines, reconcile revenue, and ensure ASC 606 compliance.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Excel is required; Sage Intacct experience is highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and 2–4 years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 2–4 years progressive accounting experience; revenue accounting/billing/recurring revenue preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and ASC 606 is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and support customer billing across product lines and entities, including recurring and other invoice activity.
• Maintain customer setup, billing schedules, payment terms, and price changes per contracts.
• Prepare revenue-related journal entries and reconciliations (deferred/ accrued revenue).
• Support AR aging, collections, and cash application processes.
