Responsibilities

• Perform routine accounts payable tasks following established standards, including 3-way matching, data entry, processing payments and filing.
• Communicate with vendors and other departments to resolve discrepancy issues.
• Assist in the month-end close by obtaining AP aging reports and related documents.
• Assist in gathering information and documents for annual audits.
• Filing of payments and annual final review of all paperwork.
