Job summary

Conexus Food Solutions, a leader in the Asian food service industry based in Chicago, is seeking a Full-Time Accounts Payable specialist. You will manage routine AP tasks, ensure 3-way matching, and liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and up to 2 years' experience, with English proficiency and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Working experience: 0-2 years.
• Positive working attitude, patient, detail-oriented, and flexible.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Authorized to work in US.
• Preferred: ability to read/write Chinese (not required).

Responsibilities

• Apply accounting principles, regulations, and policies to all work duties.
• Reconcile bank account.
• Perform Accounts Payable functions: Match vendor invoice, bill of lading and purchasing order before entering the system and pay according to the terms of the vendors.
• Participate in part of the month-end closing by getting AP aging report and related documents.
• Assist in gathering necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
• Filing of payment and annual final review of all paperwork.
• Any other related duties as assigned by supervisor
